One ticket is required for each person attending a Class. You can download your tickets from the order confirmation page once you complete your purchase. You will also receive a link to your tickets in a separate email. You don't need to print your tickets - we'll check you in by name.
PURCHASING TICKETS FOR A GROUP:
If you'd like to purchase tickets for more than one person or a group, you will receive the receipt and a separate email with a link to download all tickets. Tickets are held under the purchaser's name, and everyone in your group will need to use that name to check in to the Class. Just be sure to let each person know the date and time of the Class.
PURCHASING TICKETS AS A GIFT:
If you're not sure what date to choose when gifting tickets, you can send a Gift Card to cover the price of the desired ticket quantity. This will allow the recipient to choose and purchase their own Class Tickets.
What are your candles made from?
Edgewater Candles are made from midwestern soy wax, cotton wicks, and a blend of essential oils and phthalate-free scented oils. Using only these simple materials, with no additives or dyes, our candles are vegan, clean burning, long lasting, and cruelty-free.
Can I bring empty Mason Jars back for you to reuse or recycle?
Yes! When you return our containers to us for reuse or recycling, you'll get 10% off your purchase on the day you bring them back. Our store is located at 1050 W Bryn Mawr Ave. in Chicago, and we're open 12pm - 6pm, every day.
How long do your candles last?
Our 12oz Mason Jar candles burn for approximately 75 hours, and our 6oz Travel Tins burn for approximately 35 hours. To get the longest burn time from your candle, allow the wax to melt across to all edges of the container before extinguishing. This will help avoid “tunneling”, which can prevent some of the wax from being used. Keeping the wick trimmed will also ensure a longer burn time.
Are your products made in the US?
Yes. We make our candles and all of our products by hand in Illinois.

When will my order ship?
We will ship your order within 5-7 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your package is sent. International shipping is not available at this time.

Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, we offer local pick up at our store at 1050 W Bryn Mawr Ave in Chicago. Just select "local pickup" as your shipping option at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready! We're open 12pm - 6pm, every day.
Refunds Unused items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Just send the item back to us and we'll issue a full refund. If you'd like us to purchase a return shipping label for you, contact us - we can send you a new label and we'll deduct the shipping cost from your refund. You can also bring your purchase back to our Store for a full refund or exchange.
Class Ticket Cancellations If you cannot attend the class for any reason, you will receive a digital gift certificate to use on two travel tins. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased and are valid only for the date purchased.
Defective Items Defective purchases that have been partially used may be eligible for an exchange or refund, depending on the situation. Please contact us to discuss your options.
Do you have coupon codes or discount codes?
We sometimes send discount codes or coupon codes in our newsletter, we include special codes occasionally with your order, and we may announce a code on social media from time to time. Certain discount codes may only be used on regularly priced items on our website, and exclude one of a kind items like ceramics. You can sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page.
