Shipping
We will prepare your order for shipping via UPS within 5 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your package is sent, and the UPS delivery timeframe begins on that day. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders being sent to a PO Box will be shipped via USPS.

Local Pickup
If you select Local Pickup at checkout instead of a shipping option, we'll email you once your order is ready (usually within 2 hours while we're open), letting you know you can pick it up at our store at 1050 W Bryn Mawr Ave. Click here for store hours.

Refunds
Unused items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Just send the item back to us and we'll issue a full refund. If you'd like us to purchase a return shipping label for you, contact us - we can send you a new label and we'll deduct the shipping cost from your refund. You can also bring your purchase back to our Store for a full refund or exchange.

Can't make it to your class?
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased and are valid only for the date purchased. If you have questions or need to cancel, please contact us.

Defective Items
Defective purchases that have been partially used may be eligible for an exchange or refund, depending on the situation. Please contact us to discuss your options.

Discounts and Coupon Codes
Discounts, coupons, and rewards points may not be combined. Only one discount, coupon, or reward code can be applied at a time, unless otherwise specifically stated.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select, or the duration and frequency shown in the product description, if only one option was available. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order - you can manage your subscription from there, or your account page.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect the full payment, no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
